Meet Our Therapists

CEO - LIMHP, PC
Christine Swinney
A lot of my clients have depression and anxiety. They tend to have a lot of negative self-talk and little self-love. They may have boundary issues and unhealthy coping skills when frustrated or angry.
Through processing their past and present situations, we work to find coping skills that work for each individual client. Worksheets and tailored assignments are given to help guide my client through the journey to healing.
If you are feeling alone, feeling as if you can't find your purpose, if you are struggling your self-worth or if you are feeling anxious during certain situations; please contact me. I would love to walk with you on your journey on living the best life possible.

As a dedicated therapist specializing in supporting children and adolescents, I am deeply committed to fostering emotional growth and resilience in young minds. My approach centers on creating a safe, compassionate, and nurturing environment where children and adolescents feel empowered to explore their emotions and develop vital coping skills. By equipping them with these tools, my goal is to help them become self-sufficient and confident individuals, ready to face the challenges and opportunities that life presents. I am grateful to work with all ages, but my passion lies in supporting children and adolescents. With eight years of experience in school settings, I helped students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Now in private practice, I draw on that knowledge to offer a holistic, personalized approach that meets the unique needs of each client.

Ally Grasmick
Hi! My name is Ally, I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. I have been working in mental health for 9 years and received my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. My therapeutic approach includes choice theory/reality therapy and narrative therapy. I encourage my clients to live with better intention and understanding by sharing their experiences and bringing attention to our basic human needs to feel secure, lovable, free, empowered, and fun!
When our needs go unmet, we make choices- helpful or hurtful to ourselves and our loved ones-in an attempt to feel fulfilled. In my practice, we identify the unmet needs that are causing our anxiety/depression/stress, we learn mindful practices to cope until that need is met, and then we meet the need and make better, more-informed choices for our lives.
